The Rother Street Arts House is is centrally located in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon. You can find us located opposite the American Fountain at : 14 Rother Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6LU
BY CAR
Stratford-upon-Avon is a short drive from Junction 15 of the M40, giving good access to the M42, M5, M6 and M25.
BY BUS OR TRAIN
Various local buses run throughout the town centre. The Arts House is a short walk from several bus stops. We are also about a 20-minute walk from the Stratford-upon-Avon train station.
Parking
We have lots of parking options in the area – We recommend the “Rother Street Arthouse Carpark” with over 120 spaces and Disability spaces that lead you to our entrance side door.

Access
Our venue offers two ramped entrances at the front, as well as a flat entrance to the side for easy access. We also have accessible toilet facilities on site. Whether you’re attending an event in our auditorium or relaxing in our lounge spaces, we will always do our best to accommodate any access requirements you may have. Complimentary Companion Ticket
We do offer a complimentary companion ticket with purchase of a standard ticket for those requiring support to visit us. This can be arranged via our box office so please drop by or email info@rotherstreetarts.org to arrange this. Proof of eligibilty will be required.

Swing by and soak up some culture while you explore what’s on. We are offering refreshments in the lobby and in the courtyard, as well as a well-stocked bar that opens before and after shows.

The Attic Theatre is an 80 seat studio theatre inside a 15th century listed timber yard building in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon. Many of the original features still exist including original beams which add to the unique atmosphere of our venue.
GETTING HERE
The Theatre is located by the River Avon in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon in the Cox’s Yard complex opposite the Stratford Tourist Information Office.
PARKING
The closest car park is the Bridgeway multi-storey car park. It is open 24 hours and has 650 spaces including 13 disabled spaces. It is located a 2 minute walk from the theatre.

FOOD & DRINK at COX’S YARD
The theatre is located on the site of Cox’s Yard which includes a pub, restaurant and cafe. The riverside beer garden is one of the best in Stratford-upon-Avon with picturesque views of the river. Drinks are available to purchase from the bar and bring up to the theatre. Pre-theatre dining is available for most productions. Please contact Cox’s Yard directly to book.
ACCESS
The Attic Theatre is accessible via two flights of stairs or a lift and is suitable for wheelchair users. Please see the seating plan before making a booking to book the most suitable seats.
